She addresses business challenges through innovative strategies and is passionate about empowering teams to deliver successful, profitable results for the organization. Her accomplishments include the prestigious Top Women in Grocery Award at the Rising Star and Executive levels and certification as a Human Resources and Change Leadership professional. Ginger serves as executive sponsor for BGC’s Diversity and Inclusion Council as well as the company’s Hispanic Partner Forum and Mentor Program. She has bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Le Tourneau University.
