During the day, there can be multiple sessions during the same time slot. The track colors will help you distinquish the types of sessions during any time slot. Below is a description of the type of content you can expect in each track.
1. Foundation (soft skills) Learning These sessions demonstrate or teach skills or techniques in the soft skills such as communication, leadership, styles, behaviors, etc...
2. Technology Learning These sessions demonstrate or teach participants about, or how to use, or usage techniques about a specific technology.
3. Learning About Super User Programs These sessions are customer stories about Super User programs and practices for building, sustaining, and maturing Super User programs.
4. Looking to the Future These sessions are more future thinking about either technology or practices that are either emerging or possibilities. These sessions are great for keeping Super Users current, and even ahead of the game, about trends.
