SAPinsight SEE17 - Superuser Experience Event

Constance and Gus are proud to bring to you a training SAP session like no other. They will present 99 tips and tricks every SAP Super User should know by heart. During a fun and exciting presentation the audience will hear about those must know tricks that make everyone's SAP activities more efficient. Between sets of tips & tricks Constance and Gus will share super user stories they have heard during their combined 40 years of experience working with ERP systems users. 
This is a fun session where two distinct industries meet to share technical knowledge and interesting user stories.  
Constance Darnell works for the City of Dallas.
Gus Lopes works for HollyFrontier, a Refinery and Petroleum Marketing company. 
Gus is the Super User Leader and a 2016 SAPinsight Community of Excellence award winner at HollyFrontier.  Prior to this role, Gus spend years training and leading training teams across the world.  He is knowledgeable, dynamic, fun, and simply SUPER in his approach and passion for teaching and inspiring Super Users!

Constance has been with the City of Dallas for 20 years, beginning in training for Dallas Fire Rescue and now with the great Dallas Water Utilities where she was instrumental in the initial stages of our SAP transition. Mrs. Darnell has over 30 years of training experience; expanding and developing course material both in class and in the e-learning environment. Currently Constance works with 14 departments within the City of Dallas improving and documenting their process and procedures that surround SAP usage. Helping with implementing UPerform and organizing SME workshops for multiple users, Constance has developed skills and knowledge that are remarkable. Ms. Constance believes “The Delivery of training and Growth of a user is my passion. Being a Super Trainer has been fulling as well as rewarding!”
