Okay, you have decided to establish a Super User Program?  Great, I’ll just grab an employee from each department and create my Community?  Wait, what – it’s not that straightforward?  There is an existing proven method to creating a Super User Community in order to build for success?  If you are contemplating, deciding, or restarting a Super User Program, then we want to provide you with insight into finding and selecting Super Users that will help guide you on establishing your own successful Community.  Jessica Mann and Rachel McIntosh will walk you through the repeatable approach taken by Southwest Airlines in finding their Super Users.  We will provide details on the process of how we facilitated the identification, nomination, and selection of Super Users prior to kicking off our first Super User Community.
