Julie leads the SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) practice and provides strategic oversight, within large-scale employee and change management engagements at ISG. Julie has designed and led global OCM programs and implemented change strategies to drive the integrated execution of best practice OCM and learning services, while building extraordinary, impactful customer partnerships that promote collaboration and enable operational and strategic transformation.
Julie joined ISG in June, 2016 with more than 20 years of practical experience in leadership development, organization design and development, change management, and business process improvement. Julie has worked with a wide variety of Fortune 500 companies, across industries, to inform, plan, and execute global business strategies that help executives, managers, and employees navigate business, technical, and cultural transformation. Julie is a Prosci Certified Change Management Professional, SAP Certified Design Thinking Coach, and the recipient of The American Business Women’s Association “Work Associate of the Year” award. The Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) has acknowledged Julie’s thought leadership within the change management community through the publication of two change management articles.
Prior to joining ISG, Julie held several key positions at SAP, including OCM Practice Manager, Education Account Executive, and as a Principal Consultant in Industry Value Engineering. As a thought leader in Organizational Change Management, Julie helped to design the SAP Education Services Portfolio and associated pre-sales materials, conducted Design Thinking customer sessions, and served as a frequent speaker at SAP and ASUG conferences and events. Julie was nominated into the prestigious SAP Top Talent program, an award designated to the top 1% of all SAP employees. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from The University of Findlay and an Executive Masters in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University. She is an active member of the SAP Academic Advisory Board at The University of Findlay and also sits on the Organization Development Advisory Board at Bowling Green State University.
